All orders are handmade to order, with love and care, so you can expect your jewelry to be shipped within 7 business days.
  • What's your return policy?
We hope you love your new jewelry, but we understand that sometimes things don't work out. If you're not completely satisfied, you can return your purchase for a full refund within two weeks of receiving it, or for store credit within 30 days.
  • Can you fix this?
On the rare occasion that your jewelry needs repair, we're here for you. We're neurodivergent-friendly and understand the importance of fidget jewelry, so if you fidget with your jewelry too, we're happy to help repair it. Simply let us know, send it in, and we'll take care of the rest.

What materials do you use to make your jewelry? We primarily use brass for our handmade charms, gold-plated chain, and gold-filled wire. Each product page also shows specifications for that particular product, including information about other material options. We believe in using high-quality materials that are durable and long-lasting so you can enjoy your jewelry for years to come.
